It seems as if the Rams are a completely new team after their 2018 Super Bowl loss. Not only do they have a new stadium, SoFi Stadium, but they have a new team. After trading Brandin Cooks, releasing Todd Gurley, and making other surprising moves, this is a completely different team from 2 years ago. To accompany this, the Rams released their new uniforms today.
Today, the Rams continued this trend of a new team, by releasing their new uniforms. “SoFi Stadium is an iconic, trans-formative stadium that encouraged us to design uniforms as innovative as our new home. Our new uniforms preserve the storied legacy of the Rams with the horns at the heart of the design, while introducing vibrant colors and groundbreaking materials. We are proud to unveil a modern look for our players to wear as we begin this exciting new era for the Los Angeles Rams.” This quote was from Rams COO Kevin Demoff
The Los Angeles Rams Week 1 opponent is the Dallas Cowboys, which will feature the opening of SoFi Stadium and the new Rams jerseys.
Many previous Rams players have expressed their bad opinions on the new jerseys, but current Ram players like Jarred Goff and Robert Woods seem to like the new look Rams. The new jerseys include a metallic chrome blue helmet.
This is a new era for the Los Angeles Rams, and Rams fans have a lot to be excited for in the 2020 season, with a new roster, new uniforms, and a new stadium with 5 primetime games!
